The Canberra TransACT Capitals staged an amazing 68-67, come from behind victory over the Townsville Fire in Semi Final No.1 to head into the WNBL Grand Final at the AIS Arena on Saturday February 22.

This will be the TransACT Capitals fourth trip to the “Big Game” in the past four seasons and it will be the 5th Grand Final in a row for Canberra stars Lauren Jackson & Kristen Veal. With two weeks to prepare the TransACT Capitals will have ample opportunity to prepare for their title defence on February 22.
