Canberra TransACT Capitals forward Jo Hill has been cleared of any serious injury to her right ankle. Tuesday’s MRI showed there is no fracture in the ankle. It did show up some damage to the lateral and medial ligaments and some bruising of the Talus bone.
Dr Warren McDonald administered a cortisone injection on Wednesday ruling her out of this weekend’s game against Perth. Hill will meet with Dr McDonald on Monday before making a decision on her inclusion for the TransACT Capitals crucial road trip next weekend to Melbourne.
